Leveraging the high-frequency, high-efficiency, and low-loss advantages of wide-bandgap semiconductor materials such as silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN), FORMITEK has launched a range of energy-efficient products. Among them, our customized 1200V silicon carbide power modules can help improve energy efficiency by more than 30% in applications such as electric vehicles and data center power systems. Our 350W gallium nitride power module achieves conversion efficiency of up to 96%, significantly reducing the energy consumption of high-power equipment. These products are widely used across renewable energy sectors including marine electronics, energy storage, and electric vehicles.
