On September 24, PCIM Asia Shanghai 2025, one of Asia’s premier annual events for power electronics, officially opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

At this year’s exhibition, THINKANTECH Technology, located at Booth E46, Hall N5, presented its full product matrix under the theme “Controlling Power with Technology, Driving Everything Forward.” The company showcased a comprehensive portfolio covering power devices, power modules, and PCBA modules, fully demonstrating its innovation capabilities and deep technical expertise across key application areas including mobile mobility, power tools, low-altitude aviation, consumer electronics, AI computing power, and marine electronics.

Since its establishment, THINKANTECH has remained deeply committed to the R&D, sales, and application technical services of semiconductor power devices and modules. Its wide-bandgap semiconductor products have continued to attract strong market attention.

At this year’s PCIM Asia exhibition, the company’s GaN HEMTs, SiC MOSFETs, and related devices and modules continued to receive strong interest from customers. In addition, power solutions such as the 1 kW / 72 V unidirectional electric motorcycle charger and the 600 W bidirectional inverter became key highlights of the booth, drawing extensive attention from industry professionals as well as domestic and international customers.
